We collect the information needed to create your account, understand your business, and make SoloBrain useful.
- Account information from Google OAuth, including your name, email address, and profile picture.
- Business profile details you enter during onboarding, such as business type, revenue range, goals, challenges, and tools used.
- Chat conversations you have with the SoloBrain AI assistant.
- Integration data from connected services, including Stripe transaction data, Google Calendar events, and Gmail metadata. These integrations are planned or in progress and may not be available to every user yet.
- Standard web analytics like page views and visitor counts.

We use your information to make SoloBrain more tailored, relevant, and practical for your business.
- Personalize AI-powered business insights and advice around the context you share.
- Generate weekly business reviews as that feature rolls out.
- Populate your dashboard with metrics and summaries that matter to your business.

- We do not sell your data to third parties.

Third-Party Services
SoloBrain relies on a small set of service providers to run the product.
- Google OAuth for authentication.
- Anthropic Claude API for AI-generated responses. Business context you provide may be sent to generate relevant advice.
- Stripe for payment processing.
- PostgreSQL database infrastructure hosted by our infrastructure provider.

We use standard infrastructure and transport protections to keep your information secure.
- Data is stored in a PostgreSQL database.
- Authentication sessions are managed with NextAuth.js.
- Data is encrypted in transit over HTTPS.
